I’d been walking with an artist friend who had asked me to show them how to use their camera more effectively. As we stopped for a snack, the heavens opened up and I couldn’t resist grabbing this image of this majestic willow as sun and rain enlivened our day.
Shot with an old Helios 44-2 lens, the flare I think just adds to the dynamism of the photograph.

All my Giclée Fine Art photographs are supplied printed on 308gsm Hahnemühle Photorag which experience has taught me provides the best balance between quality, durability, true colour reproduction and affordability.

My prints are supplied with a small white border. On an A2 print this is approximately 10mm wide, on an A3 print, approximately 7mm and on an A4 print, roughly 5mm.
